    Along with CE 060 in the commercial area, we foresee the construction of a shopping center adjusted to the population reality of the region, as well as a 40-room hotel, intended to support the countless visitors who pass through Redenção coming for leisure, work or business.

    This project is fully legalized and all registered at the Registry of Offices and Registries of the respective district under number 1016.

    3 evaluations were carried out, one by the Instituto Superior de Avaliação  of Fortaleza  and 2 by two independent technicians technically accredited for the purpose. These assessments and market study made it possible to determine the fair market values ​​per m2 of the urbanization.

    The works already started are about 45% completed, with an executive timetable of about 12 months for completion.
