The diversified product range increases average customer spend, reduces dependency on a single product category and supports sales throughout different periods of the year.
The 2025 EBITDA was affected by increased operating costs during the company’s growth phase. Expanding the professional customer channel, increasing production capacity utilisation and optimising the cost base provide a clear opportunity to restore profitability.
The final transaction value will be adjusted for net cash and the financial position of the business at completion.
